Taylor Farms pulled iceberg lettuce from stores in July 2026 after the Federal Food and Drug Administration found connections to a parasitic infection. The infection sickened people in a number of states such as Indiana. Health warnings went out as lab tests traced the outbreak to this one product. Only iceberg lettuce has shown contamination up to now. Authorities are still checking other leafy greens to see if they carry any sign of the parasite. No other farmers or suppliers appear involved in the incident right now.
